The business impact of becoming an UltraInstaller has been described by Clyde Windows’ Managing Director Dax Duckett as “the best decision we’ve made in ten years”. Just two months into the partnership, Clyde Windows has already recruited two additional fitting teams to manage the demand for both new build and renovation conservatories and extensions. Not entirely attributing their recent business growth to Ultraframe, Dax is keen to explain that the installation efficiencies that come with the Ultraframe roof range have significantly increased their installation capacity, doubling the number of roofs they can install in one week.
Commenting on joining the UltraInstaller scheme, Dax comments: “We’ve been fitting Ultraframe roofs for several years but as the market changes, with far greater numbers of renovation enquiries, particularly for a solid roof, we really needed to find a roof solution that enables us to fully exploit this growing opportunity. Two years ago Clyde Windows became a Which? Trusted Trader which Dax cites as a key contributor to their continuing growth and the news that Ultraframe’s UltraInstaller scheme has become the first installation scheme in the glass and glazing industry to be awarded the Which? Trusted Trader status contributed to the decision to become an UltraInstaller.
