Crown Doors & Shutters has just completed the installation of curtain walling and a non-thermal shop front as part of the construction of Skelton Retail Park in Skelton, near Middlesbrough. Andrew Mersh of Crown Doors and Shutters said: “This was an interesting project to complete and we’re pleased to see that Greggs and B&M have moved into the units, creating over 50 jobs in the process.”
Crown won the contract thanks to its longstanding relationship and excellent track record of successful delivery with Tolent Construction. Crown used Exlabesa’s ECW50 curtain walling and KSF non thermal shop front. Both systems deliver results that maximise the glazed area for stunning aesthetics, meet and exceed current regulatory requirements and offer simplicity and cost-effectiveness to fabricator and installer alike.
Crown has been working with Exlabesa since 2012. Andrew says the reasons for the longstanding relationship are simple. “Exlabesa is very competitive. It is committed to expanding its range and has the same systems as the high end suppliers and achieve the same outcome. We’ve gone from strength to strength using its systems.”
The Skelton Retail Park project is an excellent example of the importance of trust in any business relationship. Tolent Construction chose Crown Doors & Shutters because it trusted its ability to deliver the results needed. And Crown Doors & Shutters chose Exlabesa for exactly the same reason.
