Dekko Window Systems has signed a multi-million-pound machinery deal with Haffner to invest in Graf Synergy’s world first fully seamless window fabrication set up.

Dekko sales director Kurt Greatrex said: “Following the success of our Infinity range of PVC-U windows, we’ve improved our offering to manufacture a window with a fully seamless weld. It’s a world first from Dekko, and we would not have been able to make it happen without the Graf Synergy machines from Haffner. The innovative smooth corner weld design of this new window is stylish and attractive, perfectly replicating authentic timber frames, and the perfect choice for adding charm and character to any property.”

He added: “Dekko is the first company in the UK to offer this unique window, and we were delighted to showcase what it has to offer with Haffner at this year’s FIT Show.”

Matt Thomas, managing director of Haffner, said: “Graf Synergy seamless welding technology is a gamechanger for the industry.  The patented technology delivers a transformational difference in product quality and we are delighted that Dekko Window Systems have invested in this latest technology.”

According to Haffner Ltd., Graf Synergy’s range offers solutions for fabricators of all sizes. The patented machines are suitable for fabricators manufacturing feature-rich products and they are equally appropriate for high volume casement output because they deliver high levels of automation throughout the entire fabrication process.

Matt concluded: “The Graf Synergy patented technology delivers a serious competitive advantage for fabricators of all sizes. However, I also think that as the seamless technology becomes more widespread, it will become standard in the industry. Dekko Window Systems has really seized the initiative with their investment and I’d advise fabricators not to miss the opportunity to investigate the options for themselves.”
