Administrators Agree Sale Of Certain Assets Of Aperture Trading Limited

 

Statement from the administrators

4th May 2020: Following their appointment on 16 March 2020 as joint administrators of Aperture Trading Limited, Chris Pole and Will Wright from KPMG’s Restructuring practice have confirmed that they have sold certain assets of the company to Altrincham Doors Limited and Altrincham Roofs Limited.

The assets included in the sale related to the Global, Celsius and Stratus roofing products.

Mila Expands Deliveries In Line With Demand

 

With an increasing number of fabricators announcing their intentions to restart limited operations from 11 May, Mila is expanding the delivery service it has been offering from its Daventry warehouse.

As of 4 May, any hardware orders received before 3pm every day will be delivered within 48 hours – so orders placed on Monday will be delivered on Wednesday etc. Orders can be placed anytime via the dedicated email address: sales@mila.co.uk.

Over the past two weeks, with Government encouragement, the construction industry has started to return safely to work. A survey by Build UK (29 April) of major contractors reported close to 70% of sites were back at work. Most major housebuilders, plumbers’ and builders’ merchants and DIY and hardware stores have either re-opened or have announced plans to reopen soon.
