Cornwall Glass Acquires Pilkington Merchant Glass Business
 

Mackenzie Glass, part of the Cornwall Glass group of businesses has agreed contracts on the acquisition of Pilkington Bristol from NSG.

The sale, which is expected to complete at the end of November, will see the transfer of Pilkington Bristol assets to Mackenzie Glass. This is also expected to include employees, following the completion of a statutory consultation period.

Mark Mitchell, Director, Mackenzie Glass said that the acquisition represented a significant opportunity for growth.

West Yorkshire Windows Expands Through Acquisition
 

West Yorkshire Windows is delighted to announce its expansion into the Midlands through the acquisition of Nottingham based Trent Valley Home Improvements Limited. Major HS2 Contracts Mask a Waning Construction Sector
