New Business Development Manager For Borough IT

by | Jul 5, 2018 | People

Borough IT is delighted to announce the appointment of Rob Saunders as new Business Development Manager.

Rob has worked in sales and business development for the past 18 years, developing his skills extensively and gaining experience in digital solutions, channel shift and transformation.

He most recently worked as Business Development Manager for Capita Software Solutions, where he used his digital knowledge and insight to focus on online services rather than the traditional methods of contact.

Rob’s remit at Borough IT will be to streamline the customer approach such that communication with the company is much easier and more effective for current and prospective clients. He aims to use his skills to deliver the best possible customer experience.

On taking up his new role Rob commented, “I am pleased to join Borough IT at such an exciting time.”

Rob joins Borough IT at a time of change for the GGF and its group of subsidiary companies following a restructure in 2017. Borough IT was set up by the GGF in 2005, initially to manage the FENSA database systems. Today it provides the IT systems and support for the GGF and its five subsidiary companies, and delivers IT business solutions for a number of external clients.
