New Premier Arches Website Goes Live

by | Jul 4, 2022 | Internet

Arched and angled frame manufacturer Premier Arches has launched a new website, enabling its fabricator, installer, trade counter and local builder customers to have full access to information about the products and services the company has to offer.

Through the new website, customers now have easy access to information about Premier Arches’ full product range, which includes arched, angled, gable, circular and entirely bespoke windows and doors in a range of seven stocked systems including Residence 9, plus another five non-stocked systems.

Customers can also find out more about the company’s three main business principles – exceptional manufacturing quality, clear, honest customer service, and a ‘make life easier’ offering, which includes an online pricing and ordering platform that generates informed quotes on all products at the click of a button.

Established in 2015, Premier Arches says it transforms the often daunting procedure of profile bending into a simple and pain-free process, saving fabricators time and hassle, and enabling them to get on with the jobs that their own streamlined manufacturing facilities are geared up for.

Managing Director Sean Greenall comments: “Despite the challenges faced throughout the pandemic, Premier Arches has seen a record breaking year, with February being our most successful month yet.

“This is in part thanks to new customers coming on board, as well as the fact that more and more of our existing customers are choosing to order fully fabricated frames from us, including sashes, accessories, glass and composite door slabs, saving themselves time and hassle.

“We wanted to showcase all of this by launching a new innovative and user-friendly website, enabling both existing and potential customers to easily view our full offering, as well as the main principles we stand by in order to deliver the best service possible.

“From our point of view, the website and the analytic tools behind it are invaluable in helping us identify our customers, how they found us, and what they’re looking for – and using this information to adapt the business to maximise on potential sales.

“With the new website, we hope our valued customers will see the benefits of using our services, and in turn, we promise to deliver the high-quality products and great customer service that our existing customers are used to.”
