The Residence Collection and its sister company Window Widgets has added two new members to its growing team.
Founded in 2000 with the creation of the Window Widgets brand, followed by The Residence Collection in 2011, the company duo has grown exponentially and now has over 70 staff members across 10 departments.
Lee Reynolds has joined The Residence Collection as an installer development executive, where he will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with installers to assist with securing work on behalf of The Residence Collection. With over 23 years’ experience in the industry, Lee has come from a background of sales and area management and brings extensive knowledge to the table.

Stepping into a technical manager position across both The Residence Collection and Window Widgets, Daran Woodcock has joined the team to oversee technical support and product requirements. Coming from a background in product development and technical engineering, Daran also has qualifications in polymer processing and ILM management so brings a host of skills to the company.

The Residence Collection and Window Widgets prides itself on its work culture and also offers apprenticeships to those in the early stages of their career.
