A Lincolnshire construction specialist Rase Steels have appointed Tradeglaze [Jackson Windows by Tradeglaze] to supply double glazing at an upcoming project at the exclusive Laceby Manor Golf Course resort, set on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds. The state-of-the-art Laceby Manor spa and gym will feature an indoor-outdoor pool, thermal suite with a multitude of treatments, a bathing room, a natural swimming pond, and a new restaurant with a local seasonal menu. The project will be delivered in two phases, with the resort expected to open in Spring 2022.

For windows Tradeglaze have specified the SPW600, a robust, three-chamber, 75mm polyamide thermally broken aluminium window system. The system has exceptional weather resistance quality, achieving 600Pa air permeability, 600Pa water tightness and 2400Pa wind resistance. This means excellent thermal and acoustic performance and stunning aesthetics for this highly anticipated project.

The project will include two statement apex windows manufactured from the popular SPW500 Senior Architectural Systems profile. This is a very flexible aluminium system, designed to achieve a striking appearance while offering very slim sight lines, perfect to bring in the maximum amount of natural light. The design includes doors manufactured from matching profile, highly secure and durable and ideal for a high-performance commercial door.

All completed in the elegant RAL 7016 Anthracite Grey on both sides.

The typical life expectancy of products made from Tradeglaze aluminium profiles is 40+ years. What’s more, all product elements will also be 100% recyclable at the end of their life, making Tradeglaze windows and doors the perfect sustainable choice, claims the company.

Rob Hall, Area Technical Sales Consultant at Tradeglaze said: “We have recently completed our first project for Rase Steels and are delighted that our collaboration continues through this prestigious Laceby Manor spa and gym project which is eagerly anticipated by many.”

“Our market-leading windows and doors have the perfect qualities for this beautiful project. Our teams are proud of our products and the exceptionally high standard of manufacturing, installation and customer service we offer. We take the hassle and stress away from our clients so they can focus their time and energy on what they do best, which is to create beautiful buildings!”

“As a Team Lincolnshire member, we are passionate about working with local companies and helping together the Lincolnshire economy grow. We are very pleased that we have been selected by Rase Steels, a family grown Lincolnshire business, for yet another prominent project in our beautiful county.”
