The Bifold Network, UK manufacturer of aluminium bifold doors, composite doors and windows, has been strengthened with software and machinery products from elumatec.
The Bifold Network has been bringing exceptional quality and superb service to installers across the region for more than twenty years.
Now, it’s looking to expand its operation – manufacturing larger volumes of Smarts bifolds, sliding patio doors, windows, entrance doors and shop-line products, while maximising efficiency behind the scenes.
The Bifold Network went for an array of best-in-class products designed to help growing fabricators achieve excellence.
The company has already owned an SBZ 122/33 since 2014, but that’s now been joined by a state-of-the-art SBZ 122/71 CNC, along with a DG104 mitre saw, and a EP124 corner crimping machine.
The DG104 mitre saw, a state-of-the-art cutting product, is capable of processing high and wide profiles thanks to its universal pivoting and tilting functionality.
The EP124 corner crimping machine can press profiles with large dimensions and demanding quality requirements, easy to adjust and operate. The product can nevertheless exert extremely high-pressure force.
Finally, the SBZ 122/71, a cutting-edge CNC, keeps profile bars stationary to protect their surfaces while precision routing, drilling, tapping and other operations take place thanks to a versatile spindle complete with a rotating gearbox.
The Bifold Network also subscribe to eluCad – the machine-programming software from elusoft, elumatec’s software development arm.
Neil Parton, elumatec Sales Director, commented: “It’s hugely satisfying when an exceptional fabricator like The Bifold Network sees the value in taking a whole range of different elumatec products. A factory full of state-of-the-art elumatec machines, backed up with eluCad, is a sure-fire way of ensuring your operation is running as smoothly and productively as possible.”
