The Window Supply Company (WSC) is making impressive strides in its expansion efforts with the opening of its 10th trade counter, this time in Manchester. This move marks the company’s further commitment to supporting installers in the Northwest region of England.

Established in March 2019, the Scotland-based manufacturer of uPVC windows and doors, WSC, has rapidly grown to become one of the largest trade window and door manufacturer in Scotland and in the UK, claims the company.  With a new 105,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility in Whitburn, West Lothian, WSC serves trade customers from branches in Aberdeen, Bellshill, Dundee, Edinburgh, Inverness, Kilmarnock, Lincoln, Livingston, Sheffield, and now, Manchester.

The opening of the Manchester branch, the company’s 10th trade counter and 3rd in England, demonstrates WSC’s pioneering spirit as the first Scotland-based trade fabricator to expand operations south of the border.  Sarah Starkey, sales director – England, is driving this expansion, building on the success of existing branches in Sheffield and Lincoln.

Located in the Oakhill Trading Estate, the Manchester branch offers excellent transport accessibility to trade customers. With a spacious 6,300 sq. ft. warehouse and office space in Unit 4, it features an impressive showroom displaying some of the industry’s most technologically advanced uPVC and aluminium products, all in one place. Trade customers can bring clients to this relaxed space while enjoying complimentary tea and coffee.

In addition to offering Smart Home Market solutions with Kubu Smart compatible windows, WSC showcases its in-house manufactured composite doors, providing a wide range of styles, glazing options, and hardware.  Soudal ancillary products and Liniar trims are available in-store for added convenience.

WSC is also committed to sustainability, offering a free skip service to trade customers for old window and door waste, which is then recycled to produce new uPVC and glass products.

Customers can access a range of window and door brochures while discussing upcoming projects with the friendly in-store team. WSC also provides free bespoke marketing support, allowing trade customers to personalize promotional materials with their company logos and contact details.

Sarah Starkey, sales director England, emphasises their dedication to serving tradespeople: “We look forward to welcoming tradespeople in and around the Manchester area into the new branch. We offer a diverse range of products and services developed to help trade customers stay ahead. Our priority is to deliver unrivaled service and support through our Manchester trade counter and the dedicated in-store team.”

Duncan Murray, CEO adds: “This is a very exciting time for Window Supply Company as we open our 10th branch nationwide in just four years of operation. Adapting quickly to market conditions has no doubt been fundamental in our success to date. We work continuously to enhance and improve our product and service offering to trade installers, which is evident in our continued growth.”
