Window Ware has recognised Rick Adams, area sales manager for the Southeast, for his incredible 25 years of service with the company.

Rick is a cornerstone of the Window Ware area sales team and instrumental to the fenestration hardware provider’s strong reputation and success in the Southeast of England. Renowned for his dedication, expertise, and professionalism, he’s become the go-to source of trusted hardware solutions and advice for countless door and window businesses in the region, according to the company.

Last week, in a surprise ceremony, Window Ware’s managing director, Sam Nuckey interrupted the monthly sales meeting at the Cheltenham offices of their brand partner, Yale, to present Rick with his well-deserved 25-year long service award. Rick’s colleagues back at Window Ware headquarters in Bedford or working remotely were also able to join the celebration virtually, keen to pass on heartfelt thanks and congratulations to their long-standing teammate.

“Rick’s pride, enthusiasm and passion for the industry are truly infectious,” said Sam Nuckey, Window Ware’s MD. “He’s a great guy to work with and always has a smile on his face and a story to tell.  An invaluable asset to our team and a trusted partner to our customers, we’re incredibly grateful for how Rick’s efforts in the Southeast region and within the wider business have positively impacted his customers and the company that Window Ware has evolved into over the last 25 years.

Sam added: “We are sure that Rick will continue to champion his customers’ needs for many more years to come, consistently pushing the business to deliver exceptional service, competitive pricing and high-quality products that benefit our fabricator and installer customer base. Rick’s commitment to excellence extends to everyone here in Bedford, holding us all accountable for upholding these high standards.”

“Even after a quarter of a century, the job never gets old”, comments Rick. “This industry is constantly evolving and there’s always a new development, novel problem or fresh opportunity to keep me on my toes.” He adds, “I’ve had the pleasure of working with an amazing bunch of colleagues and customers over the years, and together, we’re pushing the envelope and achieving great things every day.”
