Mila launches ProCore range of door and window handles

by | Jun 22, 2026 | Hardware

Mila has unveiled its new ProCore range of contemporary door and window handles – a versatile and competitive collection engineered to suit a wide range of profiles and applications, says the company.

Featuring an ergonomic lever design, the ProCore door and window hardware range are available in a wide choice of finishes to complement modern doors and windows

For enhanced durability, the door handle features separate internal and external spring cassettes, ensuring a reliable return to 90° and helping to prevent ‘handle sag’ over time, claims the company.

Suitable for uPVC, aluminium and composite doors, and designed for both left‑ and right-handed applications, the handles are available with 92mm fixing centres (PZ) or split 92/62mm options to suit a wide range of multipoint locking systems.

Fabricators and installers can choose from lever/lever, lever/offset lever and lever/offset pad configurations, helping to achieve the right balance of accessibility for each project. Blank and blind backplate options are also available for non-locking doors. The range is further enhanced by a choice of standard and slimline backset options, ensuring suitability across a wide variety of profiles.

Designed for compatibility with both uPVC and aluminium profiles, the handles are available in inline options for standard applications, offset versions for restricted spaces, and egress variants to support quick and safe exit when required.

Each handle is supplied with screw and spindle packs, along with slide‑on screw covers that create a clean, concealed fixing.

With a wide choice of spindle lengths from 9mm to 55mm, ProCore handles offer easy selection and installation, ensuring compatibility across a broad range of window types, claims the company.

Both the ProCore door and window handles are tested to meet demanding industry standards. Door handles comply with BS EN 1906:2012, achieving 100,000 operating cycles and withstanding an 80kg lever pull, while window handles meet the same standard with 25,000 operating cycles and 6,250 lock barrel cycles, according to there company.

The ProCore range is tested to BS EN 1670 for corrosion resistance, achieving up to Grade 5 performance, including 480 hours of salt spray testing, depending on finish. In addition, ProCore window handles also comply with BS EN 13126‑3:2011 at 50kg, further demonstrating their robust construction and reliability, claims the company.

All hardware in the ProCore range comes with Mila’s 10-year mechanical guarantee, as well as a surface finish guarantee that covers painted finishes for 10 years and decorative finishes for 5 years,.

Julie Holmes, sales director at Mila, comments: “Our new ProCore range is a competitive offering, a solution to suit a wide variety of doors and windows across new-builds and renovations. The handles provide genuine durability and are backed by our renowned Mila standards – making them an ideal solution for many applications.”
